Hatch Green Chile Hot Honey
Zia Hatch Green Chile Hot Honey
If you love hot honey, you'll love this homemade Hatch Chile version that you can drizzle over your food anytime of the year even more.
Ingredients:
- 1/3-1/2 jar Zia Hatch Green Chile (or as much as you want for desired heat level), strained
- 2.5 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar
- 12oz Clover Honey
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine Zia Hatch Green Chile and distilled vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and let cook until the vinegar reduces by around half, stirring regularly.
2. Reduce heat to low, mix in the honey and let simmer for around 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, strain into a jar, and let cool to room temperature before serving.
