Hatch Green Chile Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Zia Hatch Green Chile Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 jar Zia Hatch Green Chile
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
- A few slices of mozzerella (optional)
- 1 14oz can artichokes, drained and chopped
- 8 oz thawed frozen spinach
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix Cream Cheese, Zia Hatch Green Chile, Mayo Sour Cream, Garlic, Salt, Pepper and shredded cheeses into a medium-large bowl
- Stir in spinach and artichokes until well mixed
- Layer mixture into baking safe pan
- Place a few mozzarella slices on top for extra cheesiness
- Bake for 15 mins, turn up the oven to 450 and bake for the final 5 to give the melted mozzarella some color
- Grab some pita chips and enjoy!
