Hatch Red Chile Cranberry Sauce

Zia Hatch Red Chile Cranberry Sauce



- 3tbsp butter

- 16oz cranberries

- 1/2 jar of Zia Hatch Red Chile

- 2/3 cup Mikes Hot Honey (or regular honey)

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 medium shallot (finely diced)

- 2tbsp lime juice

- Lime Zest to top




1. Cook shallots and Zia Hatch Red Chile in butter for 3-4 mins or until shallots turn golden brown

2. Add cranberries, honey and salt and cook for 10 mins, until cranberries crush and texture turns thick and syrupy, stirring occasionally

3. Turn off heat, stir in lime juice and grate lime zest over sauce

4. Refrigerate or serve!
