Zia Hatch Red Chile Hummus
- 3/4 cup Zia Roasted Hatch Red Chile
- 3.5 cups cooked / soaked / canned chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini paste 2 tbsps olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
- 1.5 tbsps fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 clove garlic
- Healthy amount of Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Blend together in a food processor.
