Homemade Hatch Chile Hot Sauce
Homemade Zia Hatch Chile Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 jar Zia Hatch Chile (Green or Red)
- 1.5 cups distilled vinegar
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Bring ingredients to boil in a sauce pan
2. Once boiling, let cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or so
3. Blend in a blender or food processor until texture is smooth
